In 2023, we took a leap of faith and opened our Texas fulfillment center during one of the fastest-growing seasons in Little Bipsy's history. What started as an opportunity to expand our operations became so much more than a warehouse. It became a home to an incredible team, a place for unforgettable customer events, and an important part of our story.
The Texas warehouse allowed us to serve our customers in new ways, build meaningful connections, and create experiences we'll never forget. From warehouse sales that brought families together from across the country to the dedicated team members who packed every order with care, Texas helped shape Little Bipsy into the company we are today.
As our business has evolved, we've spent the last several years evaluating our operations and planning for the future. Through that process, it became clear that bringing our fulfillment operations back under one roof is the best path forward for the long-term health and sustainability of the business.
This decision is not rooted in regret or failure. In fact, the Texas warehouse stands as one of the greatest successes in our company's history. It gave us opportunities, lessons, relationships, and growth that we will always be grateful for.
Most importantly, we want to thank our Texas team. Their dedication, hard work, and heart set a new standard for excellence and helped create an experience that made Little Bipsy special. We are also incredibly grateful to the customers who supported our Texas events, warehouse sales, and this chapter of our journey.
Washington is where Little Bipsy began, and now we're bringing our operations home. While the Texas chapter is coming to a close, its impact will remain woven into our story forever.
