Refund policy

We happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase from littlebipsy.com for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit. Items must meet the below criteria to be considered an eligible return:  

Returns to the original method of purchase incur an $8 Return Fee. All other returns, including those for merchandise credit or size exchanges of the same product, are complimentary. Please process exchanges and returns separately.  

Refunds to the original payment method are issued once the return is processed at our warehouse. Store credit, however, is issued as soon as the return package is scanned at the post office. 

We also offer instant exchanges, allowing you to receive store credit right away by providing a credit card. You’ll have 14 days to return the original item to avoid being charged. You can learn more in our FAQs below. 

All returns are inspected when they are received at the LB warehouse. If an item expected to be returned is missing from the package or if a returned item is considered to be invalid, your store credit will be affected, or you will be sent an invoice for that item. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in sellable condition.
